Get to know deeploi and lay the groundwork for smooth collaboration.
Grant Workspace Admin Access
deeploi needs Global Admin access (Microsoft 365) or Super Admin access (Google Workspace) to fully manage your team's setup and offboarding. This lets deeploi transfer data such as OneDrive files or email from departing employees to the right person, and respond faster to urgent requests.
Follow the steps in this video to grant deeploi admin access to your Google Workspace.
In short: sign in to your Google Workspace admin console and assign deeploi's admin account the Super Admin role.
Follow the steps in this video to grant deeploi admin access to your Microsoft 365 tenant.
In short: sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center and assign deeploi's admin account the Global Administrator role.
If deeploi manages both Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 for your team, grant access to both.
Set Up Apple Business Manager (Optional)
Skip this step if your team does not use Apple devices.
Apple Business Manager lets deeploi automatically configure new Apple devices as soon as they're unboxed, with no manual setup, and keep consistent security settings applied across your fleet. Setting it up requires verifying your organization with a D-U-N-S number, a globally recognized business identifier used to confirm your company's legal existence.
Requesting or verifying a D-U-N-S number can take several business days. Start this step early so it doesn't delay the rest of your rollout.
- Look up or request your organization's D-U-N-S number at D-U-N-S Number Lookup.
- Create your Apple Business Manager account at business.apple.com.
- Grant deeploi administrator access once your account is set up.
