Set Up Bundles for Software & Account Management

A bundle centralizes which software and accounts deeploi manages for a group, department, or your whole company. Each employee belongs to exactly one bundle.

In deeploi, open Bundles in the left sidebar and click + to create one. For most companies, start with a Standard bundle that covers what most employees need, then add bundles for specialized departments. For every app you add, you choose Auto-Install or Self-Service, and whether the account is Managed by deeploi or Managed by an internal owner. See How Do I Create a Bundle? for the full walkthrough.

Install Any Apple App Store App

If Apple Business Manager (ABM) is connected to deeploi, you can buy a license for almost any App Store app and roll it out through a bundle.

You need two things before you start:

Apple Business Manager	Connected to deeploi
A Volume Purchase Program (VPP) location and token	Set up together with deeploi

1. In Apple Business Manager, open Apps and Books and search for the app you want, for example Asana.
2. Click the app and select your deeploi VPP token, named after your company.
3. Choose a quantity. deeploi recommends at least 1,000 licenses, especially for free apps.
4. Click Purchase.

The app becomes selectable in your deeploi bundles once the purchase goes through.
