Connecting your iPhone or iPad to deeploi installs your company's required apps and security settings. Which path you follow depends on what you see when you first start your device.
If an enrollment screen appeared during initial setup
This path applies to brand new devices provided by your company. An enrollment screen appears when you first start the device.
What does the video cover?
- Selecting country and language. Choose your location and preferred language.
- Connecting to Wi-Fi. Select your network and enter the password.
- Tapping Enroll. Enter your personal device registration code from the deeploi email.
- Completing final setup. Set up Face ID or skip, create a passcode, continue with automatic updates, configure eSIM and design.
- Verifying the profile. Go to Settings → General → VPN and Device Management to confirm installation.
Steps
- Select your country or region and preferred language.
- Connect to Wi-Fi: select your network and enter the password.
- When the enrollment screen appears, tap Enroll.

- Open the deeploi registration email on another device. The subject is "Required COMPANY device registration". Enter your personal registration code in the field shown on screen. You can also ask your IT admin for the code.

- The profile installs automatically.
- Complete the remaining setup steps: Face ID (or skip), passcode, automatic updates, eSIM (or skip), and design.
- Verify the installation: go to Settings → General → VPN and Device Management. The deeploi profile should appear in the list.
Your device is now connected to deeploi and ready for work.
If you are registering an existing device
This path applies if your device is already set up, or if you did not see an enrollment screen when you first started it.
What does the second video cover?
- Opening the registration email in Safari. Log in to your work email and find the email with the subject "Required COMPANY device registration".
- Confirming Safari. The download only works in Safari, not Chrome or other browsers.
- Confirming your device. Confirm this is your work device and tap Yes.
- Downloading the configuration profile. Tap Allow to start the download.
- Installing the profile manually. Go to Settings → General → VPN and Device Management, tap the downloaded profile, then tap Install and Trust.
Steps
- Log in to your work email via Safari — for example, mail.google.com or outlook.com. Your credentials are in your deeploi welcome email.
- Find the email with the subject "Required COMPANY device registration". If you cannot find it, check spam. If it is missing, ask your IT admin to resend it.
- Scroll to the second section and tap Register. You can also go to start.deeploi.io and follow the steps shown.
Important The download only works in Safari. Google Chrome and other browsers cannot be used for this step.

- Confirm this is your work device and tap Yes.
Only connect your work device, never a personal device. Connecting a device installs company settings, provides visibility into installed apps, and enables actions such as a remote lock or reset. These actions can result in permanent loss of personal data.

- Tap Allow to start the download.
