What is deeploi?
deeploi is the IT service your company uses. It sets up your work device, installs your company apps, and provides IT support when you need it. You will not notice it running most of the time.
What does deeploi do?

| Device setup and management | Your work device, apps, and accounts are set up before your first day. Security settings, required apps, and updates are handled automatically after that. |
| IT helpdesk | If something goes wrong with your work device or apps, contact the deeploi helpdesk directly. Available Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm CET, in German and English. |
| Security | deeploi protects your work device from cyber threats in the background. You do not need to manage anything. |
| Offboarding | When you leave the company, your work access is removed cleanly and automatically. You do not need to hand anything over manually. |
What can deeploi see?
deeploi can see your device's name, operating system version, and whether your security settings are active. It cannot access your personal files, messages, emails, or browser history. For the full list of what deeploi can and cannot access, see Your Privacy and Data.
