What is a What personal data does deeploi process??
deeploi processes your name, work email, and basic device information. It does not process personal files, browsing history, or messages.
deeploi processes the minimum amount of personal data needed to provide IT management services. This includes basic employee information and technical device data.

What deeploi does not process
- Personal files, documents, photos, or videos
- Emails, messages, or chat history
- Browsing history or location data
- Passwords or financial information
- Any data from personal apps
How long is data retained?
Employee and device data is retained for as long as your employer's contract with deeploi is active. When you leave the company and offboarding is complete, your personal data is deleted or anonymised according to the data retention terms in the agreement between deeploi and your employer.
