For deeploi to create and remove employee access to a tool automatically, you need to complete two steps: tell deeploi to manage the tool in your bundle settings, and give deeploi an admin account inside that tool.
Step 1: Set the tool to managed by deeploi
- Open Bundles in the left sidebar.
- Select the bundle that includes the tool you want to configure.
- Click Edit bundle.
- Find the tool in the app list and open its settings.
- Under Account Management, select Managed by deeploi.
- Save your changes.
Every employee onboarded or offboarded using this bundle now has their access to this tool created or removed automatically.
Step 2: Create a deeploi admin account in the tool
deeploi needs an admin account inside the tool to manage employee access. Create the account using these details:

Steps:
- Open the tool's user management or team settings.
- Add a new user with the email address above.
- Assign the highest admin role available.
