How to Set Up deeploi to Manage a Tool

For deeploi to create and remove employee access to a tool automatically, you need to complete two steps: tell deeploi to manage the tool in your bundle settings, and give deeploi an admin account inside that tool.

Step 1: Set the tool to managed by deeploi

1. Open Bundles in the left sidebar.
2. Select the bundle that includes the tool you want to configure.
3. Click Edit bundle.
4. Find the tool in the app list and open its settings.
5. Under Account Management, select Managed by deeploi.
6. Save your changes.

Every employee onboarded or offboarded using this bundle now has their access to this tool created or removed automatically.

Step 2: Create a deeploi admin account in the tool

deeploi needs an admin account inside the tool to manage employee access. Create the account using these details:

Requirement	Value
Email address	admin+yourcompanyname@services.deeploi.io
Permission level	Super Admin or the highest role available

Steps:

1. Open the tool's user management or team settings.
2. Add a new user with the email address above.
3. Assign the highest admin role available.
4. Confirm the account is active.

Once the account is active, deeploi manages access for this tool automatically from the next onboarding or offboarding.
