deeploi stores all device management data in its MDM platform, Fleet DM, hosted on AWS in Frankfurt, Germany (eu-central-1). Access is restricted to authorized deeploi support and operations staff.

How deeploi shares sensitive information with you
If deeploi needs to share a BitLocker key or other sensitive credential, it sends a 1Password link. The link expires after 30 days and can only be opened by a verified email address.
deeploi never sends sensitive credentials directly in an email body. If you receive an email with credentials included directly, report it to your customer success manager.
