deeploi sends automatic reminders to employees who haven't registered their device, then notifies the IT admin if the device remains unregistered.
When a new employee hasn't registered their device, deeploi sends automatic reminders at fixed intervals and then notifies you as the IT admin if the device remains unregistered.
How the reminders work

| Day 4 | Second reminder email sent to the employee |
| Day 6 | You (the IT admin) receive a notification to follow up directly |
After the IT admin notification, no further automated reminders are sent to the employee.

Subject: Reminder: Your Device Registration!
Hi [Employee Name],
We hope your first day at [Company Name] went great!
Just a quick reminder: your company device hasn't been registered with deeploi yet. To comply with [Company Name]'s security standards, please register your device now.
Registration works on your work Mac, Windows device, or iPhone. It only takes a few minutes and you can let it run in the background.
IT admin notification email
Subject: Action Required: Device Registration for [Employee Name]
Hi [Your Name],
Despite several reminders, [Employee Name] has not yet completed their device registration. A direct internal message is often the most effective next step.
Could you reach out to [Employee Name] at [their business email] and ask them to complete the registration? We've put together a draft to help save you time.
Please note: we will not be sending further reminders to [Employee Name].

You can change the number of reminders or who receives the IT admin notification. Email hello@deeploi.io with the changes you'd like.
