How do I reach deeploi support?
Submit a support request to hello@deeploi.io. The helpdesk is available Monday to Friday between 9 am and 6 pm CET, in German and English.
What should I include in my support request?

What kinds of requests can I submit?
Service requests and incidents are included in your deeploi plan. Change requests fall outside standard support and require a separate agreement.
