Microsoft 365 Licensing via deeploi

deeploi can purchase, assign, and manage Microsoft 365 licenses on your behalf. Once you migrate to deeploi as your reseller, all future changes, renewals, and support requests go through deeploi directly.

How migration works

Step 1: Cancel your current licenses

Contact your existing Microsoft 365 provider and request cancellation at the earliest date allowed by your contract. Ask for written confirmation.

Cancellation email template:

Subject: Request for Microsoft 365 License Cancellation

Hello [Provider Name],

Please cancel all Microsoft 365 licenses for our organization ([Company Name]) at the earliest possible date according to our contract terms. Kindly confirm the effective cancellation date and let us know which licenses you currently still hold.

Step 2: Notify deeploi

Once you have confirmation from your provider, email deeploi at hello@deeploi.io with:

• The exact end date of your current licenses
• The license types and quantities you need after the migration

For example:

Hi deeploi team,

Our Microsoft 365 licenses are cancelled. We will need:

• 12x Business Standard on [date]
• 8x Business Basic on [date]
• 2x Business Premium on [date]

After this, your part is done. deeploi handles the rest.
