What is a How Does Billing Work??

deeploi bills through Stripe on the 28th of each month. Invoices arrive within five business days. Managed and Light licenses are billed; Not Managed licenses are free.

deeploi processes payments through Stripe. You set up your payment details during your launch session and can update them any time in your profile settings, accessible from the top-left corner of the platform.

When are invoices sent?

Billing happens on the 28th of each month. deeploi sends your invoice within five business days after that date.

For questions or complaints about an invoice, contact billing@deeploi.io within 14 days of the invoice date.

What happens if payment fails?

If the charge does not go through on the 28th, deeploi retries after 3 days, then 5 days, then 7 days.

Which licenses are billed?

Billing is based on the number of active Managed and Light licenses at the time of the billing date.
