What is a Which Apps Does deeploi Manage??
deeploi handles account creation and removal for tools included in an employee's bundle. If a tool is not in the bundle, deeploi cannot create or remove their access automatically.
deeploi creates and removes employee accounts in every tool included in their assigned bundle. If a tool is not in the employee's bundle, deeploi cannot create or close their access during onboarding or offboarding — that has to be done manually.
What deeploi can manage
deeploi supports account management for over 30 tools, including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Figma, Notion, HubSpot, and 1Password. The full list is visible in the Apps section when you configure a bundle.
To use automated account management for a tool, you also need to give deeploi an admin account in that tool. See the setup guide for details.
How to request a new tool
If the tool you need is not in the catalog, email hello@deeploi.io with the tool name and a link to its website. deeploi reviews integration requests on a rolling basis.
A tool can be integrated if it meets all four criteria:
- It does not handle sensitive company data that requires restricted access.
- It supports separate admin accounts.
- It allows creating individual user accounts.
- It supports license approval or assignment by an admin.
