How Hardware Procurement Works
What is a How Hardware Procurement Work?
deeploi orders devices through comspot, an Apple Premium Partner that also offers Windows devices. Rental payments are managed by topi.
Every device order placed through deeploi goes through two partners: comspot handles sourcing and delivery, and topi manages rental payments.
The three parties
| Party | Role |
|---|---|
| deeploi | Provides the ordering platform. Coordinates between you, comspot, and topi. |
| comspot | An Apple Premium Partner that also offers Windows devices and peripherals. Handles device configuration, shipping, and delivery. |
| topi | Manages the rental model (Hardware-as-a-Service). Runs credit checks, manages digital contracts, and handles rental payments. |
Rental credit check
When you place a rental order, topi runs an instant credit check. There are four possible outcomes:
| Result | What happens |
|---|---|
| Approved | Instant confirmation. Proceed with checkout. |
| Manual review | topi needs up to 24 hours to verify your details. |
| More information needed | topi contacts you directly to request additional documentation. |
| No offer | Rental is not available. Contact deeploi to discuss alternatives. |
If your credit limit is exceeded, checkout is blocked and topi contacts you directly. To increase the limit, additional documentation is required. Buying outright through comspot is always available as an alternative.
Data shared with topi
When you start a rental order, deeploi shares your company name and address with topi to run a preliminary credit assessment.
