iOS devices connect to deeploi in two ways. An existing device connected via MDM lets the employee remove supervision. A new or reset device connected via Apple Business Manager cannot have supervision removed. Android devices and eSIMs are not supported.

Dedicated IT Owner
One person at your company must be the primary contact for deeploi. This role is required and should be confirmed before the first product demo or IT-Discovery session.
The rollout process — from first contact to the first employee being onboarded via deeploi — takes at least 3 weeks. The timeline depends on your existing tech setup and your team's availability.
