deeploi's service covers employee onboarding and offboarding, device management across Mac, Windows, and iOS, user and license management, and IT helpdesk support.

The sections below define what is and is not included in each service area. Use this as a reference when a question comes up about whether deeploi handles a specific task.

Employee onboarding

iOS devices connect to deeploi in two ways. An existing device connected via MDM lets the employee remove supervision. A new or reset device connected via Apple Business Manager cannot have supervision removed. Android devices and eSIMs are not supported.
